Q. What type of music is allowed to be sung at my wedding ceremony? A. This will depend on where your wedding ceremony will take place and should be discussed with your vocalist and or music minister.

Q. What type of music should I select for my wedding? A. In accordance with question number 1 this would be the preference of you and your spouse to be.

Q. When should I select my vocalist? A. As soon as possible, once you have confirmed your wedding ceremony date. You want to ensure that the vocalist has your special date available.

Q. When should I select my music? A.If you are having a printed program, musical selections should be made at least 2 - 3 months prior to your wedding date. If you are not having a printed program then musical selections should be made at least 30 days prior to the wedding.

Q. Can I make changes to my musical Selections? A. Yes… Notify your vocalist ASAP regarding any changes. Also notify your printer if you are having a wedding ceremony program.

Q. Who coordinates the music between the vocalist, Musicians, and Music Minister? A. Generally, once you decide the vocal selections with your vocalist, then the vocalist will coordinate those arrangements.

Q. Can I choose an outside vocalist or do I have to use the one provided by the venue? A. This will depend on where your wedding ceremony will take place. Generally, you would be allowed to use your own vocalist.

Q. When do I pay my vocalist? A. This depends on where the ceremony is being held. In absence of any payment arrangements, payment should be finalized with the vocalist and musicians at least 30 days prior to the wedding.

Q. How long have you been singing at Weddings? A. I have worked with many couples over the past several years to help coordinate their music to make their wedding special.
